Crispy on the outside...Melted on the inside

Hi this is Vincent here! And if you've been to the Easter Show this year, i'm sure you can guess what food i'm talking about today! Yes it is Cheese-on-a-stick!

Even though, this blog is all about a fine and exotic experience...we cannot forget the little things that also excite our taste buds.
Especially these little fried sensations that have a crispy coating that sounds a hot melted cheesy center! It's only until u reach the gooey center that you realize that you have been missing out all this time.

As you can see from the anticipation on my face...cheese-on-a-stick is truly to die for!
