Any one ever roamed Surry Hills in search of an angel?
I have! and i have found it! Just a short 5 minute walk away from the Central Station!
The "Blue Angel" is a restaurant that fuses Italian fine dining with Strong Chinese flavours, with its main focus on LOBSTERSSS!!
Having a hard time choosing a dish on the menu...I decided to choose the set menu that consisted of a 4 course meal. It starts with Lobster soup as the entree, Lobster Sashimi platter ( includes LOBSTER SASHIMI, oysters, tuna & salmon sashimi, Lobster Patte Italian style), choice of either seafood pasta or garlic pasta, finishing off with a nice selection of assorted deserts!
Let me first tell you that the price for these dishes arent as bad as you think! The key to this is to either find this good deal in the chinese newspaper or ask for the specials menu when you arrive to avoid any discrepancies.
Moving onto the taste... Let me just say that this restaurant provided me with the most freshest lobsters i've ever had! Pretty much half the restaurant is basically a giant lobster aquarium!
But enough of my blabbing on about how good the place is and let me actually show you guys the photos of my experience!

As described before...but i think a picture is worth a thousand words..
And from a more angled point of view!
Whereas, this one is the garlic one! surprisingly after trying both..i favored the garlic one!
And finally...dessert:)!
In my personal opinion this place is a must if you want to try lobster!
It blew my mind and my taste buds and is waiting to blow yours!
